Lincoln Property Refuses to Maintain Falling-Apart Resident Buildings I want to start off by saying the on-site staff in the leasing office and the on-site maintenance are all very kind and professional. My issue is with how Lincoln Properly Company chooses to not maintain the resident buildings and the issues with garbage, noise, plumbing, heating and cooling. The service is... (Verified Renter) The service is very unsatisfactory and the staff are polite but not knowledgably and only say what you want to hear then do the opposite of what you need done.
Way overpriced Overpriced, poor service and response to maintenance requests. Expect rent to go up by %20 per year.

Not as good as it seems The unit was spacious and plenty of storage room and I was excited to try out living in Redmond but I was unpleasantly surprised. Maintenance is understaffed and there isn't enough free parking and few months waiting list for reserved parking that's nearby. The unit we rented wasn't in habitable condition with smelly drains and damaged appliances. Our move in... (Verified Renter) Our move in experience was one of the worst I have ever had. I think the ball got dropped somewhere, and nobody inspected the apartment before we moved in. I read many yelp reviews where people complained about smells and cleanliness.
I?ve lived here... (Verified Renter) I?ve lived here since early in 2014. The summer of 2018 has shown the first problem that I?m really getting tired of. That is uncontrolled barking of dogs along the west side of the complex - between Bldgs M, K, J, L, particularly during afternoon and evenings. NO MAIL ROOM There is no mail room. They keep packages they have received in a closet in the theater room. You can only pick them up during business hours.
