Parking is an... (Verified Renter) Parking is an absolute nightmare still, rules are not being enforced as strongly as they need to be so people don't bother following them. People who own garages don't park their cars there and fill up so many spots. Still not every car has their stickers placed etc.
I love this... (Verified Renter) I love this community and the school we have here so anytime someone asks about the lodge they hear good things from me. It is very family and pet friendly.

I think I... (Verified Renter) I think I would be hesitant to refer a young female renter living alone to the property due to the darkness of the complex at night which makes me feel very uncomfortable at night. However with that said. For the location if someone really wanted to live in this area i would recommend this place.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend the Lodge mainly because of the staff who worked there. Also the residents at the Lodge are friendly, quiet and respectful. The daily pick-up of the trash keeps the complex very clean and tidy. Having the availability to dump larger pieces of garbage in the large trash containers makes it convenient to break-up large pieces of cardboard and place them in a designated area out of sight of the residences.
I really enjoy... (Verified Renter) I really enjoy living here. Apartments and townhomes feel high end, upkeep is great and staff is super friendsly and helpful. Lots of events for people who live here - just an overall very positive feeling!
I'd recommend this... (Verified Renter) I'd recommend this community mostly because of the surrounding area- there are lots of great walking paths, lots of very pretty trees, lots of wildlife, etc. The staff is friendly, which is also a plus.
maintenance guys are... (Verified Renter) maintenance guys are always courteous and friendly, my only comment regarding the process is that it usually takes a while, would love for the repairs to go faster, but speaking about the personnel I really like them
