Smooth move in.... (Verified Renter) Smooth move in. Flexibility shown by management for me to switch from an ADA accessible apartment to a townhouse is appreciated. I always felt like Collin was working for my benefit. The gym is not crowded even during busy times and its easy to get my hands onto the equipment. Maintenance tickets are resolved promptly. Only downside is... (Verified Renter) Only downside is it is an apartment and sometimes you get someone who moves in that is loud. Our current neighbors above us are quite noisy at night but I guess when you move into an apt. You have to be aware that will probably happen.

I have recommended... (Verified Renter) I have recommended this apartment complex to a couple friends mostly because of the staff. I have had interactions with Colin, Lynn, Sherry, Lucas, and Zoe. Even though they each have different responsibilities, they work in a cohesive manner and communicate well with each other.They are vested in their careers, each other, and the community at Redmond Ridge. They have all gone above and beyond to make living here a great experience.
This complex has... (Verified Renter) This complex has been above and beyond any other complex I've lived at when it comes to fixing any of my maintenance problems. They're professional, personable, and diligent. Along with the leasing team, they're definitely one of the reasons why we've stayed at The Lodge.
Would- great town... (Verified Renter) Would- great town homes. Would not recommend as there is just a fire place for heating on the ground floor. It could include a heater in the living or dinning area. The second feedback I have is that there could have been larger windows in the guest and other bedroom for better lighting. This is a concern for a corner town home that i live in- e1032
the only negative... (Verified Renter) the only negative in The Lodge is the outside landscape maintenance - very slack. Could be so greatly enhanced and improved. Many sprinklers dont work, resulting in dying plants.
