We feel safe... (Verified Renter) We feel safe and feel that the place is kept up reasonably well. We appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of families and kids and appreciate that upkeep isn't perfect all the time because people actively live here and rent was acceptable when we moved in.

I like that... (Verified Renter) I like that its fairly quiet and residents seem not to be a bunch of obnoxious, rowdy young partiers. That part is great.
I might recommend... (Verified Renter) I might recommend based on the staff. Finding a place with good management can be difficult. The apartments themselves aren't all that special, but it's a nice neighborhood - safe - and Shawnte was great to work with.
I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not because the parking situation is a mess and people are incapable of cleaning up their trash, taking in their trash bins and cleaning up after their dogs.
Rents have increased and property appeal lowered Great location on top of Redmond Ridge. You can get to city center of Redmond or beautiful wine country in Woodinville quickly. Beautiful, serene tree filled neighborhood with the best schools around. The property over the last couple years lacks grounds being kept, pool and hot tub often broken down or closed.
