They are with you from beginning to end, lots of communication and there to answer any questions. they also do the install, so no outsourcing. Pulled up carpet in my living room and dining room, installed laminate flooring all in one day, for a very fair price. Don't put it off, you won't be disappointed.

When I arrived, I had her full attention. Jeanette was a good listener, and within a minute had pulled several samples of rugs that fit the location of the carpet, the palette, and the price point.
