I am so glad I found The Longest Yard. It was a pleasure working with Jeannette and Robert throughout the entire process. Their store is lovely and their selection is unusual and carefully chosen. From the moment we walked into the store, Jeannette made us feel so welcomed. She listened carefully and I knew right away that she was very knowledgeable about the business. Jeannette was so patient. She didn’t rush me and provided me with advice based on my needs throughout the entire process. Despite my indecisiveness after three trips, she helped me stick to my first instincts. I ended up with a less pricier carpet and the look I was trying to achieve. The carpet was beautiful, color, texture and softness, was exactly what I wanted. Rob and his crew was very efficient and installed the carpet seamlessly and timely. Will be back again for other areas of my home.
