Kevin was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the options for a firm mattress. He also made the suggestion to get a new box spring which we hasn’t considered also being an issue with our 10 year old mattress.

Purchased a set that, while a good name brand and a good price, did not live up to expectations. However, in dealing directly with my salesman, Andrew, he really went to bat for me. He contacted the company directly and got me another firmer mattress in the same price range with NO additional cost to me. He,as far as I am concerned, went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. My new bed set arrived today and I'm looking forward to a great night's sleep.
