Kevin was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the mattresses. My father asked if he had a PHD in mattresses. Answered every question in a detailed manner and was attentive to the customers. Was also extremely pleasant and friendly. His approach resulted in us buying 2 mattresses instead of the 1 that we planned on.
