We were here to purchase a mattress for our daughter. The manager, Kevin, listened, was attentive, and recommended a specific mattress that checked all the boxes for us. It was a perfect fit! It was really refreshing to have a salesperson so knowledgeable about their product, but also able to directly meet the needs of their customers. Kevin was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the mattresses. My father asked if he had a PHD in mattresses. Answered every question in a detailed manner and was attentive to the customers. Was also extremely pleasant and friendly. His approach resulted in us buying 2 mattresses instead of the 1 that we planned on.
