My husband and I walked into the Mattress Factory store in Montgomeryville, PA and were warmly greeted by Kevin Etheridge. Kevin was friendly, courteous and took time to understand our needs. He had us try different pillows and mattresses and helped us walk through our decision in choosing the right mattress and pillows. My wife and I visited this place and quickly felt comfortable with Kevin! Not only did he talk about all the different mattress brands that we could choose from, he also worked with our tastes and preferences. He was patient, friendly, and professional in walking us through trying out different mattresses while making a note of our needs. I would highly recommend this place and Kevin!!

By far the best experience buying a mattress! The store manager Kevin was so helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to oversell our need or price point for a mattress for our daughter. We will definitely be returning customers for our next mattress purchase.

I was so worried about venturing out to get a new mattress for my teen daughter. I stopped at Mattress Factory in Montgomeryville. We were greeted by the nicest gentleman Kevin Etheridge. He was so personable and helpful and made the process so simple , taking into consideration of price while finding comfort. I thought I would be shopping around but there was no need.
