I went into the Harleysville store and was greeted by Erich the salesman. It should be more salesman like him because stores will sell out of products the way that Erich treats you. He wasn't there just to make a sale he made sure we got what we wanted with no harassment. Thank you Erich for making me feel as if I was the only customer in the world!!!!

Will be new to the area soon & need three mattress sets. Had a great experience dealing with Mark. He was extremely helpful, kind, & knowledgeable with absolutely no sales pressure. Erich Rayher did such a great job helping me to find the perfect mattress to meet our needs. My shopping trip was effortless. He listened to my needs, showed me 4 or 5 mattresses and allowed me to test them out, and helped me make a decision without trying to upsell me on the higher priced mattresses. I appreciated his expertise and kindness. We can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive.
