The level of constant contact and follow through was just right and necessary for people new to this process. Despite a few hurdles which could have been handled better with more advance knowledge. These were arguably unknowable at the time.

The personalized process that Mason had given throughout was unlike any I had experienced in a field which I knew very little about. From start to finish, Jamie and the team were exceptional.
