WORST management I've ever had Be prepared to have the gate broken more often than it's working in this "gated" community. Trash to be overflowing. The hot tub also broken more often that fixed. Your mail will constantly be getting broken into, and there's not enough package slots so when they do get delivered to your door they'll just get stolen off your porch. Sorry but... don’t do it As I’m writing this, our neighbor, who we share our bedroom wall with, is blasting music so loud that it’s shaking our bed. When he’s not blasting music, he’s screaming at the top of his lungs and is clearly not stable. Not only am I concerned for my safety, but there has been times where he is screaming from 6 am to 2am the next night. We love the... (Verified Renter) We love the location and the apartment. We just aren't happy with not having the hot tub and secure package center, which was promised at our lease signing. >1 month broken hot tub is unacceptable. And maybe to help appreciate the theft of packages since we are unable to have them in the office, maybe a solution Is surveillance cameras. Then you'll also be able to figure out which neighbors don't pick up after their dogs.

Not Safe/Expensive I urge anyone to think twice before considering residency at The Oasis Apartments or any complex managed by Steadfast Management. The company operates on a culture of deception designed to take advantage of its residents. The Oasis is not a safe complex to live in. Over the few months we were there, our mailboxes were vandalized and broken into. I wish there... (Verified Renter) I wish there was another redundancy for the gate. When it's left open all night during cold weather, that worries me. My old complex had a gate that would open and then you'd have to enter a pin to raise the arm bar. It'd only stay open long enough for one car to get thru, weeding out people that weren't supposed to be there. The gym also doesn't lock at night so that worries me too because there are homeless people in the area.
You guys are... (Verified Renter) You guys are a little pricey compared to other apartments in the springs that have more to offer and the covered parking and garaging prices are also a little high.
