I have told people that I don'??t know so well how much I have appreciated Canyon Ranch apartment homes. The service requests have been done efficiently in a short time; all the people I met who work there very professional and friendly.

The office personnel... (Verified Renter) The office personnel are not very friendly, and they do not respond to requests in a timely manner. Example - I am still waiting on a shelf that was missing since move in date from my pantry. I have asked on 3 different occasions for a new shelf in the span of 2/3 weeks and nothing has been communicated to me about when I should be getting it.
Only complaint is... (Verified Renter) Only complaint is with the specific third party person. Nothing with the company and this complex. I was happily surprised when compared to my previous apartment. :)
