Even though there... (Verified Renter) Even though there were problems with our new apartment, we still value living at Oasis and would not want to live any place else.
Staff was great.... (Verified Renter) Staff was great. Even though I had the original apartment, not the updated one, it was still great. My view of the mountains was amazing. The 2br/2ba apartment was perfect for having a roommate and keeping costs down.

homework pays Before moving here from out of state I had the various apartment projects in this area reviewed by my family as well as myself. We found The Oasis to have a stupendous view of the mountains , a location close to most everything but still not hemmed in by local businesses , grounds that were well taken care of and trees, trees and trees. Oasis Apts. Have lived here for a while now and have nothing but great things to say! The staff is always very courteous, and they gym/pool area is kept up to standard year-round. The maintenance guys are very helpful and fix any apartment issues quickly and properly. I would definitely recommend the apartments. The price is a little more than other local apartments, but it is worth every penny in my opinion.
Oasis apartments They take care of the residents always there for me. They are friendly they take time go have conversations with me if I have a maintenance problem they are right on it friendly I have been here 1 year and just signed another lease for 1 more year quite no problems at all
Oasis apartments They could improve a little on their customer service but overall it's a nice quiet community with great amenities. The pool and hot tub are always clean when we go and the supply grills. However wish the had a no leash dog park near by.
Current Renter The Oasis Apartment complex is situated on a mesa which is front and center to Pikes Peak, adjacent to the Garden of the Gods park. This is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The views of the mountains and city lights are amazing. The apartment complex has a beautiful, garden-set pool and jacuzzi with an arched, tiled wall spouting heated water. Super expensive and full of trash They make you pay a $30 valet trash fee even though the dumpster is 30 ft from your apartment. Also the dumpster overflows weekly.
