Despite some of... (Verified Renter) Despite some of the previously noted concerns, I believe it is a good value and the apartment itself is very comfortable and relatively good quality.
Danny and his... (Verified Renter) Danny and his team were very quick in getting the heater fixed and were great at keeping us updated as to what they were doing to fix the issue. We truly felt like we were a priority to Danny and the maintenance team.

Good and safe... (Verified Renter) Good and safe place to live. Rent has increased a lot since I moved in. Any future increases will cause me to move.

It depends on... (Verified Renter) It depends on how much they can handle no parking, thin walls and loud heating systems. Other than that, the apartment is very nice.
For general location... (Verified Renter) For general location to so many things in the Springs or beyond the Front Range, not the least if which include the view of Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain - I would definitely recommend the Oasis. I've never had a disappointment by any staff and always felt welcome in the community.
