Verified Renter Our apartment feels cozy on the inside. However there are still some problems in common area spaces and the trash. We unfortunately still don’t have washer/dryer doors.

Verified Renter The office staff is friendly when I have spoken with them. One suggestion for improvement in the community is regarding trash that has blown around the property. More attention needs to be paid to the pond area between the buildings because debris can be seen in the water in multiple areas. Also regarding trash pickup, more dumpsters need to be added or larger dumpsters need to be installed because they are frequently overflowing. Verified Renter Since drucker and fall have taken over, I’ve only seen improvements. The maintenance team they have on staff now actually cares and creates a friendship with everyone they pass.
