Verified Renter The office staff is friendly when I have spoken with them. One suggestion for improvement in the community is regarding trash that has blown around the property. More attention needs to be paid to the pond area between the buildings because debris can be seen in the water in multiple areas. Also regarding trash pickup, more dumpsters need to be added or larger dumpsters need to be installed because they are frequently overflowing. Verified Renter Since drucker and fall have taken over, I’ve only seen improvements. The maintenance team they have on staff now actually cares and creates a friendship with everyone they pass.

Verified Renter During winter time be better at clean walk path, put salt in that way prevent injuries for falling down. Other than that the general stuff they are good at it

Verified Renter overall a decent place to live. Walls are thin as expected so you can hear everything outside but it's cozy.The dryer vents don't get cleaned as much as they should
