Do not live here Bug problems, mold, apartments are run-down (AC/heat issues constantly), management is disorganized (never got my security deposit back)….

New management has turned a great property for worse I really hate writing poor reviews, but it's been such a shame watching this complex go from an amazing find to the state it's in currently. The orchard was originally owned by the Edwards Community when we first moved in last September, during that time it was wonderful! Staff were always very kind and helpful, maintenance was incredibly fast and reliable (we had our rental washer break down the first day and they replaced it within the hour!)
