This is my first time comming to this range(this range is a range that also allows non members to shoot for a fee)and I think that it will be my last. As soon as I got inside the employee ask me if I was a member and I replay no and he said that because the covid 19 pandemic they are only allowing members to use the range. I think that this is ridiculous, been a member doesn't make you immune to the covid 19.
Been a member for a few months now. I go a couple times a week to the Vineland Rd location. Usually get there when they open at 10am during the week. I've used handguns, rifles, and shotguns on both ranges. The facility is clean and up to date. The target brackets work every time all the way out to 50 yds and back. I've never felt hot in either range. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the membership fees are far more reasonable than other Orlando gun ranges. Highly recommend anyone to go to this range.
I came to Orlando Gun Club in search of a concealed weapon that I feel comfortable with. I've shot before so am pretty comfortable around guns but wanted some insight when buying my own. I don't know what it is about gun stores but the people that work in them are either stand-offish and unhelpful (or unwilling to help) or super nice and helpful. We became members the first visit! The guys that work here are great. Very helpful in helping me find the right firearm for my concealed!! Austin is the most helpful person I have come across. We come every week! Yes it's warm, but it's expected. It is always clean. Proud to be members!!
Hot as hell in here. No air. Red spray paint on walls to measure 20 ft markers. Tight space in pistol range. Don't change the holders for the targets, bunch of bullet holes in them so there all crooked. People are nice who run it thats all I can say.
Came here the other day with my dad to learn how to use a gun. It's kind of hard to find since it's in an industrial sort of area and the entrance is on the side of a building (see photo) they usually have a trailer by Vineland though that's red with there name on it, which helps you locate it. There's sign in kiosks with a series of questionnaire before going to the front desk. People was very sarcastic almost rude.for one rental,1box of bullets,one lane.was 100$ the way they get you is "you pay when your finished".first problem they gave me a lane that was already occupied 2nd the gun kept malfunctioning(I told them they did nothing but said okay) I came with my own fire arm and it still cost me 100$
Visited as a tourist from the UK and the experience from start to finish was excellent! The shop was clean and very pleasant, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the guy who took us on to the range was very professional and explained everything very well to us first timers! Would 100% recommend this place for anyone who's never used a firearm before!
Initially we visited this range to attend a pistol class and were pleased with the facilities and the class. We decided to become members and have visited a few times since then. I really don't have any complaints on the range or the staff, as everything has been perfect whenever we're there. I'm not sure about the bad reviews, since the staff is always cool with us when we're there. If you need hand holding and professional instruction (nothing wrong with that), maybe pay to take a class there instead of just renting a gun ... read more
