People was very sarcastic almost rude.for one rental,1box of bullets,one lane.was 100$ the way they get you is "you pay when your finished".first problem they gave me a lane that was already occupied 2nd the gun kept malfunctioning(I told them they did nothing but said okay) I came with my own fire arm and it still cost me 100$

Visited as a tourist from the UK and the experience from start to finish was excellent! The shop was clean and very pleasant, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the guy who took us on to the range was very professional and explained everything very well to us first timers! Would 100% recommend this place for anyone who's never used a firearm before!

Initially we visited this range to attend a pistol class and were pleased with the facilities and the class. We decided to become members and have visited a few times since then. I really don't have any complaints on the range or the staff, as everything has been perfect whenever we're there. I'm not sure about the bad reviews, since the staff is always cool with us when we're there. If you need hand holding and professional instruction (nothing wrong with that), maybe pay to take a class there instead of just renting a gun ... read more

I went to this gun range with my brother and a few friends. The facilities are nice, clean and well ventilated. But the staff was not friendly or welcoming. We tried to strike up conversation as we waited for everyone to be done shooting. Prior to dry responses, They looked at me as if I had 2 heads. I think I may have interrupted private conversations I had nothing to do with work. I cannot say that they're rude, but definitely lack social skills. I've purchased two firearms from here. Liked the place for a few years. Loved that it wasn't typical gun shop douchebags in there but today was different. It was my best friends bachelor party and we set aside a $2000 budget between 5 people to go shoot to start the day. After watching our group of 5 come in they had all of us sign in like we have before and then they told us they wouldn't let us shoot because we had more than 4 people. The OGC has a decent range. Come with your own know how as the staff isnt as knowledgeable as some would prefer. Im fine with it as I just needed a range close to my location to train at.

This place sucks. We went there form out of town in a group of 6 for bachelor party and was denied at the door. They said we need to be in a group of 4 or less to be able to shoot. When we asked if 2 of us can sit, while 4 shoot, they then said the 2 sitting would not be able to shoot at all. We just felt discriminated against. Shooting gallery range of Orlando was not only cheaper, but accepted all 6 of us. And customer service was outstanding.

I've been to several gun ranges and enjoyed each one except for this one. I see why they're poorly rated. The people that "work" there lack people skills and don't seem to possess a lot of knowledge. The prices are very high and the quality of experience is very low. Basically this place sucks and I've found several other ranges in the Orlando area that are far superior to this dump.

Went in to shoot and asked to rent a pistol. We came in 4 minutes after 6:30pm they said no because the close at 8pm. We came 45 minutes to get here but the manager didn't seem to care. It's bad customer service and they seem to have an abundance of rules. If you are foolish enough to come here make sure you read all the fine print and don't hit traffic if you can possibly muster that. Hard pass on this place.
