Get directionsThe administrative staff was informative, knowledgeable and kind. The staff in the Valeo Unit were helpful, compassionate, welcoming and took us all in as family. Everyone made sure my husband was taken care of and treated with respect. They showed the same concern and kindness to our entire family. The facility itself is lovely and homey.
It's a very nice facility. It's very large and there is maybe not as much personalized attention but overall we like it a lot. Her apartment is very spacious and nice. I love the location. It's very close to where I live.

All 5s are hard to come by in this industry, but we have been pleased with the staff, their understanding and eagerness to help. Overall genuinely nice people who do care for their residents. Food and activities are good. We do not have any real complaints and when we do have issues, the staff is more than open and concerned about hearing us and working to resolve them We have no regrets whatsoever about placing our loved ones at Pavilion

It's a 4. Would be a 5 but they appear to be understaffed and the common area carpeting needs cleaning to remove spills and spots and overall dinginess. Very nice mgmt however. Quick to respond. Yes, I would recommend the community to other families.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My mother loves it there. Caring staff, great social activities. Food tastes great and healthy. [name removed] goes above and beyond to care and make sure residents are happy and well taken care of.

I have had continuous, positive experiences with the staff at the Pavilion Great Hills. All of the ones that I have come in contact with have been consistently superb! The staff at the front desk, the dining room staff, the caretakers for each floor, etc, have been amazing. I want to give a special shout out to [name removed] who is the Salus Coach. My mother has been at The Pavilion for a year now. From day one, we noted that all of the staff, at every level seemed engaged and caring, even when there was no manager in sight. They have worked consistently to be sure my mother is engaged in activities, which I think has been key to her successful move. The staff have all been kind and compassionate. When something occurs out of the ordinary, they call my sister timely, to let her know what has ocurred and the action taken or needed. They include the family in care plans.

My mom has been a resident since February and she loves the facility and the food. But it is the staff that makes this facility off the charts amazing! I’m there to see my mom just about every day and everyone is exceptional. They treat my mom with care and compassion. I would like to give kudos to her caregivers /dining staff/ Wellness Director/facility Director and all the auxiliary staff. So many people to name. As an Oncology nurse I would recommend this facility to all my patients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
