Get directionsI only have good things to say about this skilled nursing facility. This has become the premier teaching institution of the region and has contributed greatly to my education. All of the staff here made me feel welcome as a student physical therapist for my clinical rotation. Dr. Abraham was my APTA credentialed clinical instructor and has implemented a teaching program here for other doctoral students. I learned more at this rotation than had at my previous two and I feel well prepared to graduate and start treating patient... read more
Outstanding staff! Nurses CNA's and especially Physical and Occupational Therapy. All janitorial and house keeping staff was great. Would also like to commend the administrative staff of the Pines.
I am writing this review to give a big shout out to my clinical instructor, Dr. Abraham Avila. I worked as a student physical therapist at The Pines for 3 months and can confidently say that Abraham made this my most memorable experience. Not only is he highly knowledgeable, but he is consistently compassionate and caring to all his patients. I've had countless patients tell me how lucky I was to be under his supervision. You can tell by the smiles on patients' faces that they truly love having Abraham as their physical ther... read more
Staff are amazing. Quality of care is priority. Facility is looking really good with all the remodeling. Can't think of a better facility in the area
I had the opportunity to work alongside the Rehab Department at this Skilled Nursing Facility as a Student Physical Therapist. What stood out to me about the Rehab Department team was their passion, quality of patient care, and patient advocacy. Dr. Abraham Avila, the Lead Physical Therapist, is a very compassionate and knowledgeable individual who has guided me throughout my clinical rotation here. Dr. Avila demonstrates integrity, cognizance of patient needs, and the ability to provide patient education on their conditions... read more
I was offered to go to the VA but I stayed here for the physical therapy and the rehab team. At first I could not walk not even take two steps and now I am walking over 200 feet. I had home care and they tried to get me walking for months and they couldn't do it. I went to the hospital and when I went to the Pines they were the only ones who could teach me how to walk again. It is incredible. They're always on time, maintain their schedules and help you with every aspect of what you need to do to walk. They massage your musc... read more
Wonderful staff! Fabulous therapy department! Wonderful residents! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility.
Love love love the pines!!! Their team is absolutely amazing!!!! Treated us and my dad with great respect. Would highly recommend!!
I gave them a 3 because my sister is not getting the services she needs. They don't have enough staff. 90% of the time I can't get help. I'm put on hold an just set there for 20 or more minutes, then the line disconnects. They take all her money and give her less than $50 for personal items. She doesn't get to be outside much.
