Sorry to see negative reviews as I thought this place was wonderful to have my mom here for 3 weeks after hospital stay. At first I was upset having never seen a skilled nursing facility, but I had heard the staff was great. Immediately the director and administrator were with me asking what they could do to make it okay for me to leave mom, after they moved her to a brighter room immediately with more space for me to sit by her (since I planned to be there as much as possible), within the first day I knew the staff was wond... read more

The most beautiful setting anyone in recovery to ever hope to have had. A wonderful attentive staff that is caring and giving. There are many activities and stimulation for the patients to engage in. They provide the best volunteer entertainment. The decorations for holidays are beautiful and extremely thoughtful. This facility is wonderful. EVERYONE there took excellent care of me. Beautiful people. Without them, i woud not be be able to heal after surgery. It takes more than doctors and medicine to heal. The physical therapists and activities staff are extremely encouraging and have great attitudes. I love this place, and will never forget the compassion they displayed to all of their patience.

I am so great full to this place. It is clean and wonderful. My mother in law stayed there earlier this year due to a fall and she was so happy with everyone there. They had many activities for her to do. The staff there always made sure that her needs were met when she needed something. The staff is very Caring, Polite, and Professional. My mother Marian Robinson recently became a resident of The Pines. The staff are absolutely wonderful!!!! They were very nice and comforting to me and my mother. She woke up in the morning to fresh flowers and a delicious breakfast. Later that evening they have her a perm!!! She looks great!!!!! They really made a scary, difficult time a lot easier. I was pressured to change my original review as I was afraid I would not get my personal property back. They actually took me to my doctor's appointment and then dumped me in the parking lot when they didn't get my doctor to do their job and they were going to take me to the hospital but kicked me out of the van and said I could Uber to hospital! I was in a wheelchair! I could go on about weird nurses but you'll have to judge for yourself. Yes, they want to improve but look at the State records!

This place has accused me of hurting my child when I never did I have gone through hell because of this place and my 12 months old son has been freaking out cause he can't have his momma cause of the god awful claims they made against me all false evidence proves none of it happened but because of this place covering up how bad they are a innocent family is ruined and they don't care who they hurt I will be suing them for everything I can they suck never go here I've heard of this place harming there patients stealing lieing... read more

Let me tell you a little story. There was a man sent to The Pines for physical rehabilitation after a stint in the local hospital and it's ICU. His family who lived far away was pleased by the excellent reviews and pleasant photos. The family was very wrong. The man wasn't properly cared for. He couldn't get assistance when pressing the nurse call button. This happen daily and repeatedly. The man couldn't walk and didn't have his phone, because there is nowhere to charge it, nor place it.
