This place I awesome compared to other places. The staff really helps you out and care. They will give you the benefit of the doubt if you work with them. Also I love the prices for these nice apartments. Jay and Sarah are awesome!
I have looked into this apartment and location for 2years now and it just feels like a place I can call home when I drive in and see all the trees. The environment appears well kept and loved that it offers so many great amenities as well as affordability and that's important. I also feel that the staff try to enforce ethical values for a living community. Every place has ups and downs but I find that after ALL my apartment research in 2-3 years coming up from Bloomington that this place is it, for now...
The leasing agents are so easy to work with and great at what they do. I love the area of town and the complex is a really great environment with nice, friendly people. Easy application and approval process. Great place to live!
I've lived here one year and I've just re-upped my lease for another year. I love living here.
