RecommendedOn my second year here and still digging it. Maintenance is on top of things. Love the workout room and the office staff is always friendly ( free suckers ! ) I leave extra early in the AM and they always have the sidewalks salted. My only complaint is I did not move here sooner. Prices per square foot is a great and I highly recommend this community.
We have lived here for two years and are about to move into a bigger unit. We were shown two apartments today that was way within budget and we can't wait to upgrade. Great staff and a great environment. Stop searching and move in already!
I love living here at Pangea Grove Apartments. I'm very happy that I move cause now walking distance to my work is 5 minutes I love it. I'm plan on staying here for a long time..
Its a really good place to live at especially the management they are always willing to help. If you have any problems the maintenance comes right away and they make sure eveything is fixed.
Really good place to live. The company that runs these apartments really seem to want to reinvest in these apartments. They are going in a great direction and the staff is quite nice and easy to work with. The other residents are very nice and I often find myself talking to them when I am out walking my dog. Any time I have issues with things that need fixed they have been quick to respond and get things fixed. I live there for 4 years and I decided to buy a house when my lease was up have not received my deposit back now I'm getting half of my deposit because it said my apartment was damaged and it wasn't
I'm very disappointed in my experience with the management. I sent multiple complaints to the person that initially asked me to send concerns and questions but apparently I was too much. pangea made a mistake, he denied it. He failed to follow up all month or notify me how the incorrectly late fee would be handled. after they automatically took more than agreed out of my account, he is forced to admit that late fee was their error. So I filled out an application listed my dog and cat and everything else. Got my approval really quickly. I was excited told my current landlord I’d be moving out. The day of signing the lease I was told my dog was a restricted bread. A lab/boxer mix. Friendliest dog I’ve been around ever. I had to get rid of my dog or get a refund. I went with a refund and they said they couldn’t tell me how long it’ll be before I get my money back. They were quick to take my money but not to return when it’s their error.
