Great community! The office staff is very attentive, and helpful. The apartments are really nice, and spacious. You can't hear hardly anything from neighbors above or below! I enjoy living here.

I've lived at Pangea Groves for a little over 6 months now and have really enjoyed it. I've never had any issues with neighbors or strange people in the building and every time I've had a maintenance issue they've been quick to respond. The location is great, it's minutes from everything!
Coming from California it was quite pleasant to find a place that has a really good office staff, great perks, well maintained property and just an overall good feel when at home or anywhere on the property. Pangea Real Estate is a company that has taken the time and funding to rejuvenate the complex in a way that pretty much anyone will like. I have been a resident here for the past year and I'm very pleased with the time I spent here. the apartments are very nice, I lived on the third floor so I had vaulted ceilings and boy did it make it look a lot bigger and nicer! the staff has always been able to answer my questions no matter how out-of-this-world they were. On my second year here and still digging it. Maintenance is on top of things. Love the workout room and the office staff is always friendly ( free suckers ! ) I leave extra early in the AM and they always have the sidewalks salted. My only complaint is I did not move here sooner. Prices per square foot is a great and I highly recommend this community.
We have lived here for two years and are about to move into a bigger unit. We were shown two apartments today that was way within budget and we can't wait to upgrade. Great staff and a great environment. Stop searching and move in already!
