The leasing agents are so easy to work with and great at what they do. I love the area of town and the complex is a really great environment with nice, friendly people. Easy application and approval process. Great place to live!

Great community! The office staff is very attentive, and helpful. The apartments are really nice, and spacious. You can't hear hardly anything from neighbors above or below! I enjoy living here.

I've lived at Pangea Groves for a little over 6 months now and have really enjoyed it. I've never had any issues with neighbors or strange people in the building and every time I've had a maintenance issue they've been quick to respond. The location is great, it's minutes from everything!
Coming from California it was quite pleasant to find a place that has a really good office staff, great perks, well maintained property and just an overall good feel when at home or anywhere on the property. Pangea Real Estate is a company that has taken the time and funding to rejuvenate the complex in a way that pretty much anyone will like. I have been a resident here for the past year and I'm very pleased with the time I spent here. the apartments are very nice, I lived on the third floor so I had vaulted ceilings and boy did it make it look a lot bigger and nicer! the staff has always been able to answer my questions no matter how out-of-this-world they were.
