Office staff is friendly. It sometimes seems they are understaffed, but they still remain cordial and professional. Parking, especially for visitors, could be better. Affordable living in the Broad Ripple area. I would recommend to college students and roommates.
Applying here was much more work than it needed to be. I don't understand how approval can be guaranteed and not the next. Beyond frustrating.
