Called late afternoon for an appointment and Landon showed up promptly the next morning to install a new toilet. He was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Although he wasn’t able to install the toilet due to a problem beyond his control, he was very apologetic he couldn’t complete the job and even took the old toilet away. Was happy to get advice as to what the next step was. Third time I have used these guys and will definitely not be going elsewhere! Highly recommend!

Andrew and his apprentice Jeremy were pleasant and worked well together. Andrew gave excellent detailed explanations to us of what needed doing and why. He took time to answer our questions about the plumbing quirks in our old house - it felt like a few light bulbs went on in our brains, and we now have a better understanding of how our house works. Plus, he did a quick, clean and efficient job of fixing the blocked kitchen drain pipe, to our immense relief! Top marks. Highly recommended!
