Daniel came out to service a severely clogged kitchen sink this evening. He was courteous and pleasant to talk to and was great with my dogs-and definitely solved the problem. I would definitely recommend this company and will to my friends and neighbours. 👍👍👍

We called the Pleasant Plumber for a leak in the basement caused by the toilet.. they came out a few hours later! Daniel, was excellent! So personable, knowledgeable and reassuring about what the problem could be and how it could be fixed…was a pleasure dealing with him! Within an hour the issue was fixed! Will be calling the Pleasant Plumber for any future plumbing issues!! Highly recommend them!!

Can't express enough how much I appreciated the prompt service and the outstanding work done by a real professional. After calling, the service man arrived within a half hour and did a fantastic job of unplugging the toilet. Rarely do you get such a friendly service man...but this truly was a congenial serviceman!! Over the past years I have had 5 workers from this company to work on various jobs. Everyone has been very friendly, and clearly explains the approach to the job. They'll find out exactly what you want as a customer, and present various options. Sometimes there are cheaper options, or a more thorough way of doing the work. They recommend, but the customer decides. No pressure. They clean up and are fast and efficient....and pleasant!!!
