Hello, my name is destiny and I’m a resident at Mercury3100. I’m having issues with fees being charged and rent increasing when my apartment isn’t in the best condition. No one in the leasing office could give me a valid explanation as to why. Also raccoons are running a muck here and there have been many days where I’m not able to get into my place without jumping over the debris or poop they leave behind. This company is extremely unprofessional. They moved me and my family until a pest infested and incomplete house. It has been almost two months and the problems persist. They use college students as their labor force. Their maintenance staff is incompetent. The office staff has yet to apologize, take accountability or resolved the issues. Now, they are refusing to talk to us. We will continue to fight to get our problems resolved. This is an awful predicament to be in for a year. You have been warned.
Long story short here! My daughter was looking for short term (2 months) apartment in Raleigh, NC while there for an internship. We looked at several places and decided on a sublet at Campus West. We had concerns because the apartment she would be leasing had some stains on the carpet from the previous tenant. She was pressed for time to find a place (literally only a couple days). If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I live at Cabana Beach Apartment in Gainesville, FL. The management there is horrible, dishonest, rude and lack proper communication skills. They guaranteed me a certain room which I didn't get and on top of that they tried evicting me for choosing not to pay rent for the month I was not staying there due to them not providing me my room.
