Absolutely awful dealing with this company! Do not get housing at their “Avenue” property in Indianapolis! Regional Manager Chloe George is a joke and always has an excuse on why she can’t talk to you.

My daughter is being bullied and mistreated by the management office at her residence . From the amount of negative feedback that I've read in recent reviews, she is not the only one experiencing this abusive and unprofessional treatment from the property manager . I've emailed the VP of property management and still have not come to any resolution and no accountability.

I live in university woods in Raleigh and 1 of your guys are out here today with turbo haul allowing them to hurl items over the balconies!!!! Imagine how much you will be paying in medical and lawsuit costs when/if someone gets hit in the head. Do not allow your child to rent from this ridiculous company. They forced my sister to sign a new lease that now they will not let her out of. The management is rude and no help whatsoever. The only way out to the lease is to sublease. But the conditions are so bad no student want to stay there!

One star isn’t low enough. We have given eight months notice that we don’t want the apartment in Greenville The Boundary for my daughter in August 2018 because she is coming home. We’ve been told it is unbreakable even by death and they will not put her on a subleaser list or actively help find someone to rent it, she has to find her own subleaser to get out of this situation. Wish I could give them negative stars!!!! VERY disappointed! My son leased an apartment from Priess in Greenville, NC. First I was NEVER told that my son would be able to renew his lease WITHOUT my permission. Keep in mind I was the co-signer. Kind of a BIG deal and worth mentioning. I was told when we moved him out in December that not only were we stuck with the current lease through July 2018 but that he had renewed it for August 2018! AVOID this company. They manage University Estates student apartments in Austin, TX. Kyle, Jasmine & another company rep gave us poor information & no documentation (our son is not a real estate expert.)She took a $6000 ck from us then *someone* forgot all about our subsequent discussion to cancel the apt. It all happened in 48 hrs. But they “say” they don’t know what we’re talking about.
