First Impressions Our first impression was good as we pulled up in the car park.Inside the foyer was clean and bright, the sales staff were attentive and listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions.The nursing and care staff were excellent and treated the residents with care.The food was being prepared and looked really good, it was also hot which was important to my Father.I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good place for their relatives.Shirley.
Going great! Everything has been going great here so far. My mom is getting involved in some of the activities that they offer. The community is clean and the people are very nice and helpful. My mom said that the food is decent enough.
The Preserve is a wonderful independent and assisted living facility. After taking the tour, we decided that a center with a pure focus on memory care would be the best fit for our mom.
Familiar Faces Here and I Witnessed Good Care My mom is getting use to things and finding her way around the community. Every staff is very nice and accommodating. The community is nice looking and clean. The meals are good and I would recommend them. From my medical background I had a few clients here and saw first hand they were a good community.
Things are going well... They missed my father's first admission appointment which bothered me but they are working towards getting that resolved. Other than that, the food is good and the place is clean. Once they get him to see a doctor, things will improve.
Still Adjusting... My family member is still getting acclimated to the new environment and situation. The place overall has been a good fit for her. One of her complaints is the meals are never hot. The kitchen is not near the dining room, so by the time she gets her food, it's not hot anymore. The aids overall are helpful, however a few are hurried and make it seem like she is bothering them. The place is clean and organized, and they have a large variety of activities.
Nice Community!1 The Preserve at Palm Aire is a nice community. It's a rather large community and seems a bit run down. During our tour, we realized it was not what my father needed at the moment.
Everything is Well Everything is working out pretty well. My mother in law is doing pretty well here at this community. We are pleased with her move to this community. She is safe and being cared for well.
Beautiful Community !! My loved one and I really enjoyed our tour of this community, there was a lot of great amenities and beautiful scenery surrounding the building. The staff made sure to answer any questions in detail that my loved one and I had for them. I have no complaints about our experience and would recommend this place.
