My mother has been a resident at The Preserve for 2 years. We are extremely happy with this community. It's well run, clean, professional great staff. She gets excellent care. This is the first assisted living apartment I placed her in after my father passed. I consider it great luck I found the perfect place on the first move!!

All of the staff are very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. My father's apartment is cozy and just right for him. His room and laundry are regularly cleaned. He is always checked on to make sure he goes to meals which is very important to us.

My mother is [age removed] years old. Both my mother and I (her son), know this is the place for her! She enjoys the activities, as best as she can. Appreciates the room maintenance. Both work ethic and efficiency. I find the facilities to be clean, well staffed, with more than adequate space and friendliness.
Happy to be here, love the landscaping. Love the room and the size of it. The staff are very friendly and treat you like family.

My husband and I are very thankful to have discovered Palm Aire for my elderly brother who suffers from dementia. [name removed] was our initial contact and guide and his patience and understanding were exceptional. I would suggest you look for a younger community, as this community has an older senior population. The rugs and carpeting in the community are filthy. The communication with the staff is good. There is a full kitchen in the apartment and a washer and dryer connections in the unit.
So far things are going very well. It has been an adjustment period for my mom, but she seems happy and she made some friends right away. The staff is really on top of things and take care of things quickly. For example the nurses went into my moms room and her pill bottles were empty. They called and got her medications figure out within a day and communicated that with me. The medical staff are concerned and really care about the residents. I would absolutely recommend The Preserve at Palm-Aire.
