They have had a great covid plan, and have kept the residence very safe. They are starting some outdoor activities including musical performances. They have been so good with my mom. I could not be any happier than I am right now with this community. The room sizes are really nice and big, and the food is good.

The cleanliness of Preserve at Palm Aire really stood out to us, and in the beginning the food was amazing. However they had a change of ownership and at that point the food quality declined. There isn't that many food options to choose from, and the portion sizes are smaller. The rooms at this community are very nice, and pretty spacious. This community has done a great job with COVID, they have been very conscientiousness with the residents. We would recommend this community.

I chose The Preserve at Palm Aire because I have a condo in this community. The room sizes are very generous. The food is on par, they have a chef that prepares all the meals. I would recommend the community.

Most of the staff are nice, the care services are not consistent, sometimes they do their jobs and sometimes they don't. The food is bland, they don't offer a variety to chose. My room is very big, the community itself is also pretty big.

Is a little more on the expensive side, due to COVID there have been no activities in the last six months, but before they had arts and crafts, bingo, themed holiday parties. They would go out to restaurants and casinos. The food at this community can use a lot of improvements. Most of the food is very salty, a lot of carbohydrates and desserts. The room our loved one is in is nice, it was totally re-done before move in. Its a studio type apartment. the location is great its very close to home which we really liked.

Even with the isolation, the food is still good. The staff are pretty good and they really care for the residents. We get email communications with virus updates. We chose this community because of activities offered. My loved one is very active and enjoys moment and engagement. They offer live music with dancing, bowling, a swimming pool, and happy hour. My advice to families is to pay attention and be present.

My 1st impression was good however when we returned with my mother and had lunch it was a real disappointment. The fod was horrible (who can screw up a grilled cheese?)and the service was poor. The corridors smelled like cigarette smoke. The apartments weren't too bad but not good enough for my mom. Considering the cost I have seen nicer. The greeting staff and others were very nice. I feel the residents were much older than what we are looking for.

Quiet peaceful and very friendly staff and people around. Nice clean easy accessible rooms either studio or one-bedroom. Have a memory ward which to move into. Halls were very open and spacious second-floor offered really cute salon friendly staff bingo right next-door and a lecture hall/activity church all right there. Offer around the neck help aid if they fall to push. Wood off her around the clock care. The grounds were pretty on a preserve nice natural light from invisible most rooms. Offered a pool and outdoor grounds ... read more
