I would be prepared to bring a lot of patients and to be ready to cope with a lot of difficulties. A lot of the residents are in wheel chairs or walker and it is hard sometimes to try to help the other residents when they approach you. That is the one thing that I would be prepared for. The staff are very good and they try really hard to help. They are doing the best job that they can, the kitchen and dinning area however, are having some issues. Our family had an in person tour and this was our second choice, it was a great experience but we were looking for a community that solely focused on memory care.

We get good care for the cost that is paid at this community. This is a really good community, with cleanliness and the overall care that we receive. The staff are really good with the residents and I would recommend this for your loved one.

I didn’t like The Preserve at Palm-Aire as much as the place we ended up choosing. It was not as aesthetically pleasing. The apartments were not as big, and they were kind of dark.

The community is very nice and the care staff is very caring, lovely, and does a great job. the community is neat and clean. Communication has not been good. We are not getting updates or any covid info. The lack of communication is very frustrating. Basic appointments and communication are way too hard. There is a lack of ownership by the management and inconsistent. I would recommend this community if the management was more consistent and communication improved.

It's very clean. We have had nothing but pleasant dealings with any of the staff, from admin to the front desk to maintenance. We're not using any of the caregiving staff since we're in the Independent Living section. The food could use some improvement. It has been better lately, and I think they did the best they could under the circumstances during lockdown. I am very happy with the care that my husband is receiving at The Preserve at Palm-Aire. We chose them because they had just completed a memory care wing, so they were going a discount in the price and making accommodations to get people to move in. It is also close to me and a newer, clean facility. I think the aids seem very caring and really wanted to find out about him before he moved in. I would recommend them.

They have had a great covid plan, and have kept the residence very safe. They are starting some outdoor activities including musical performances. They have been so good with my mom. I could not be any happier than I am right now with this community. The room sizes are really nice and big, and the food is good.
