I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Staff is responsive and courteous especially Joshua H. He always responds to my Mom immediately for even the smallest reason. Facility is clean and food is great
I visited this facility Wingate Residences at Boylston Place had what they called aging in place. So, if you went from independent living and then needed an assisted living, you wouldn’t have to move. It was beautiful, and I thought that was where I wanted to be. However, the surrounding was really cramped. The fellow that took me around was very nice and answered all of my questions. They had a very full calendar.

I visited this facility Wingate Residences at Boylston Place was a really nice facility, and the staff was great. It looked like it was new, the facility was great, there was parking available, and it seemed like people really wanted to help.

I visited this facility Wingate at Chestnut Hill was very nice and had a very nice feel. It's a smaller place and with great common areas. We saw several apartments that were very nice. The staff was great. They had a schedule of what was being done during the day. The food was excellent. The dining area was great.
I am/was a resident of this facility It's opposite a big shopping area, and people find it very convenient. There's also one of the CVS stores just across the street. I came here for only four weeks respite care because my son was needing to go to Hawaii for a month to take care of business. It's the only place that had a studio apartment for just four weeks. Boylston Place is an outstanding community and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for senior living options. I am a friend or relative of a resident My aunt moved to EPOCH Boylston Place at Chestnut Hill and she was very happy there. The facility was high-end. The rooms were quite spacious even the studios. The dining room was open from 7 am to 7:30 pm everyday. There was a nurse on duty 24/7. They had physical therapist and occupational therapist that could come to the room and helped out if the doctor ordered it. They had computer lessons for the residents, which attracted my aunt. I visited this facility We visited Boylston Place at Chestnut Hill for my dad. It was a very nice facility. It seemed really great. Their staff also was very nice. It just wasn't so much assisted living and it was more like a retirement community. There was not as much assistance offered there. We just thought that with my dad's particular needs, he was going to need more assisted living.
I visited this facility Boylston Place offers luxury apartments for both independent living and assisted living appropriate residents. It's adjacent to Epoch of Chestnut Hill, a skilled nursing facility and shares a courtyard and some amenities. One of the advantages of being at Boylston Place is that residents are given priority at Epoch Skilled Nursing and Rehab.
