We toured a variety of places, we chose Atria Cherry Hill because of the proximity, the affordability, and I got more of a family/comfortable atmosphere here. The room sizes are small, especially after viewing other Atria facilities. The food here is pretty fresh and a good quality, they have a lot of variety. My favorite part about this community is that they assign each person a buddy upon getting there. They do a survey on interests and hobbies and pair you up with who matches for socialization purposes. I would absolutel... read more

My mom was in assisted living, which we loved. Staff was very friendly, they had a lot of activities, such as exercise sessions, themed parties for holidays and get together s. Location was great, the building was very nice.

My mother was in the memory care area. They could have done a better job cleaning the common spaces, especially the kitchen area. The staff were mostly friendly. The staff lacked compassion and didn't show a lot of caring. They didn't have much in the way of activities for the memory care residents either. After she was here, she was moved to a hospital and then hospice and those teams showed much more compassion and caring after she passed away. I definitely think they need to improve on their people skills.

We thought they were pretty good. The community was always kept up well. The staff was also very nice. The care was ok, although my mother repeatedly tried to escape and they didn't seem equipped to handle some of her behaviors. The food was awesome at Atria and the activities were very nice, although my mother didn't often participate. The restaurant was very nice and we enjoyed eating there. We did like the place a lot!

Lovely facility and kind, friendly people. [Name removed] could not have been more helpful! Cost is consistent with most similar facilities but the biggest problem is size of rooms. Too small.

[Name removed] was great. Presentation was professional, they had folder with all the information about the facility. Atria a bit more expensive. The place is clean, atmosphere is lively, looks they many activities. They require 2 yrs private pay.

We met with [name removed] just after she returned to work from vacation and unfortunately, she seemed pretty tired. The facility seems quite nice and has a great walking path around the outside. The independent living unit seemed to be quite nice. The memory care unit didn't seem as nice as other and there was an altercation between residents during our tour there that made me feel quite uncomfortable.

TOUR WAS A BIT RUSHED, I DID NOT GET A FRIENDLY, PERSONAL SERVICE FEELIQNG THERE. A RELATIVELY LARGE FACILITY. RESIDENCE FLOOR SEEMED OLD AND STUFFY.MEDICAL ASPECTS WERE QUESTIONABLE

[Removed] gave a great tour. Chef treated us a most delicious pie. Still under consideration.
