I am very... (Verified Renter) I am very happy living at Residences on McGinnis. Our entire communal area is always beautiful, the breezeways are kept clean & any careless incidents from stragglers (dog poop) is rectified expeditiously. Additionally, management has worked tirelessly and against all odds to fix the gates that have been a constant nightmare for years. I am very thankful and grateful for the management company we have. Thank you and keep up the excellent work - it's not an easy job. :)
