I would highly recommend this community to friends and family. As a senior it provide the level of service and amenities I look for in a community.

THE BEST PLACE I was apartment hunting when I came across the residences on McGinnis ferry, I meet kaielah who helped me find my place it took less then a week to have me moved in ! I absolutely love it and I’m 2 years in .. make sure you apply if you are looong for friendly fast staff and a quiet clean kept neighborhood!

I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the location and have been here so long. The office staff is alot better than previous. But nothing like the Amli staff. It's a little pricey. But over all I would recommend. I keep to my self and not much of a complainer except for making our landscaping more appealing.
