Long time patron and here recently the quality of food for the price is absolutely disappointing. I understand supply shortages but the manner in which the food is prepared and presented is less equivalent to a fast food restaurant. The atmosphere has taken a downward spiral, I am primarily referring to the choice of music they choose to play (snooze fest), even after speaking to management and giving them multiple opportunities to address very consistent problems. We couldn't decide what to get,but not at anytime did the waitress mention any specials,as in the bogo free pizza!! the spinach and artichoke dip was over baked...I asked for more chips and less Flatbread and was charged an extra dollar! The waitress would disappear for 15-20 mins at a time leaving us with no drinks that sat at the bar (we could see them) We also got the brownie to share ,thinking yummy! for $10 bucks...Yikes it was thin,and corner piece smaller than the palm of my hand and not warm! ice cream was so so!!!
rudest staff I have ever seen. and extremely dirty
Service from my waitress was horrible. Very rude, didn't feel welcome and was treated as if wasn't supposed to dine in at the restaurant.

Beware ladies he is a smooth talker that will ruin your life. I am wife number four trying to get a divorce now. Went to The Rim and the food was to salty, but the drinks was good..
We went to the rim for the first time and we were disappointed. Our expectations were set high . . Chicken fried steak was burnt , French toast as well . Salad was not even good . However Customer service was excellent . Our waiter was great
Great food for sure. Bit not a fan of one of the bartenders for sure. Not what he is cracked up to be.
Food is honestly good. But I always have to order for delivery, I’ve ordered 3 times and no matter how many times I request ketchup mustard and silverware I always get dry burgers with no condiments or silverware or napkins.
