My husband and I tried out The Rim last night. The drinks were good but over priced. The food was not good at all and again, way over priced. We will not be back.....very disappointed �
My husband & I went on a Saturday around 4 for a late lunch/early dinner. We were approached by a server that seemed annoyed and asked us if we needed a table. Well, yes please? It wasn’t even that busy...She sat us in the very back and nobody else was sitting in that area. We sat next to the table with the silverware sets and napkins that needed to be rolled and by what I’m assuming were managers eating and doing paperwork. Great bartender Cook staff very nice Drinks very good Mixed drinks a little pricey Appitizers very few variety /very pricey for very little portions Entrees good there again not much to pick from Feels more like bar food Rio same owner much better variety of meals and appetizer
Honestly my bacon hot dog was decent, however, we had a table of 10 people. At first, only 3 people got their food. Didn't have the stuff to make some of the orders. And 2 of the people didn't even get their food until we were ready to leave. Honestly wouldn't come back. Not worth the wait or trouble. And if you don't offer free refills on tea/soft drinks, might mention that to the customers. I was surprised when I was charged for multiple drinks when it was just me and my check ended up being correct.
Let me begin by saying I will try The Rim again; however, this experience was just okay. To begin the meal our mixed drinks all tasted like watered down versions of whatever fruit juice was in them. Let me say the waitress said they make all their juices for cocktails in house. I think maybe the concentration of flavor isn’t there with the house made juice, but above and beyond that honestly I felt like there also wasn’t much alcohol in them either.
