Positive feedback would be the weekday med techs who really care about their residents like they're family. The front desk staff is always kind, considerate and friendly. The dining room and cleaning staff are always wonderful too. We have had some real issues with weekend med techs who do not have the same attitude as the weekly staff. Beautiful facility. Very clean. Very responsive Director. Don't even know where to begin on the food. It's worse than hospital food. My dad had pulled pork last week that looked like canned dog food.

We have had issues with administration not returning phone calls and issues with them keeping us updated on care issues and medication problems. We are going to be looking for a new facility and would not recommend to others looking.
Do not send your loved one here for memory care. The staff Is so poorly trained that they cannot provide quality care for residents who have dementia or other memory issues. The place is deceptively beautiful and they have a World Class chef but the amenities only serve to mask the sub-standard care.

They definitely are not for someone that needs a high level of care or skilled nursing care. The caregivers wanted her to be more independent than she was capable of doing. They were several things we paid extra for and do not believe they were being done as expected, including dog walking and daily trash pick up. At the time, we chose this community because is was beautiful, they has a two bedroom apartment available, it was close to our family, and the food was delicious.
