We had a virtual visit at The Shores at Clearlake, and I didn’t particularly like the person who gave the tour. The facility setup was very odd, and I didn't like the rooms. They felt very cramped and old. Also, there were no in-room bathrooms. They were all shared, which was a hard no for us.

We toured a few places for our mom and this one stood out because of the feeling when we walked in. They were warm and welcoming and there were people around that looked happy and smiling. We liked that’s it’s all on one floor and there were activities going on in the Memory care section which mom will enjoy

We toured 3 places for my wife and this was the best. She loves her caregivers and I know she is in good hands with the Director who oversees that everyone is treated well
