Located in Northern California’s Mendocino County there is a skunk running through the redwood forest, but this isn’t any skunk, it’s the world famous Skunk Train. The California redwoods, pristine coastline, and award winning vineyards are all a part of the landscape of what makes Mendocino County such an amazing place and home to this 131-year-old train.

We took our grankids, and they had a blast. Wanted to go again.
Was a pleasurable outdoor afternoon excursion. The history was fun. Family friendly atmosphere. Places to walk and look at nature during the stop. Seats were comfortable and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was good for a one time experience. Probably wouldn't do it again, but was worth the one time.
Such a fun day trip! Even the teenagers enjoyed it.
Tons of fun on the rail bikes yesterday!
We took our 3 gorgeous Golden Retrievers on their first train ride! It was a blast! Thanks
It was a wonderful way to experience Fort Bragg and the Skunk Train tracks. I actually like this better than taking the train!! I would recommend this trip to everyone. Even better for a little trip outside during COVID! Our guides were amazing and we learned about the redwoods and Fort Bragg. Thank you for the history lesson! An outstanding day was had!
Really enjoyed our ride on the Skunk Train! Beautiful ride through the forest. The Staff all so friendly and narration on the ride was great! Will definitely ride again sometime.
