Located in Northern California’s Mendocino County there is a skunk running through the redwood forest, but this isn’t any skunk, it’s the world famous Skunk Train. The California redwoods, pristine coastline, and award winning vineyards are all a part of the landscape of what makes Mendocino County such an amazing place and home to this 131-year-old train.

It is your fault Jim that yesterday, after seeing this on F, that at the last minute we decided to hop the Skunk Train...relaxing, fun two hours. There is track repair going on so it was only a 16 mile ride. May want to wait for the entire track to open, but that will be in two years.
Super beautiful fun . Not enough time out in the woods. Still beautiful. Cold on train so blanket?lol
Gorgeous redwood forest. Fun to be on a train.
Loved the train, the staff and the people we met. Beautiful day in Fort Bragg to top it all off.
Clean, great antique train, great popcorn and Bloody Mary’s plus beautiful scenery. Missed the two singers though. Next time!
Really fun experience, would do it again.
Fun day on the rail bikes! The guides were excellent and made for a great time!
Great fun, adults and kids really have a great time riding into the back woods, had a great time, I recommend to anyone get out there
