Located in Northern California’s Mendocino County there is a skunk running through the redwood forest, but this isn’t any skunk, it’s the world famous Skunk Train. The California redwoods, pristine coastline, and award winning vineyards are all a part of the landscape of what makes Mendocino County such an amazing place and home to this 131-year-old train.

It's simply awesome, and if you get the Train Singer aboard it's even better 🎸
It’s an exciting adventure for the whole family. For just a moment, go back in time to a place where life was much simpler & public transportation was a steam powered locomotive. The sights, sounds & smells will transport you back to that time. I highly recommend riding on The Skunk Train.
Railbikes! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
The ride from Fort Bragg is very scenic. We really enjoyed the narrative and history lesson along the ride. There are beverages and snacks available and all of the staff are really nice. We look forward to going to Willits and ride that portion of the Skunk Train. We also did enjoy the model railroad museum at Fort Bragg. That model train display has been put together with a great deal of attention to detail.
We had a fun and entertaining time on the Skunk Train from the All Aboard to the arrival back at the station. Beautiful scenery and experiencing the redwoods from a steam engine train is a real treat.
Fun trip! Would recommend to everyone
Great fun, relaxing, but do bring your lunch! No place to eat at the top.
Can't wait to see more of the line!
It's a great ride and you can bring the dogs along.
