I really feel comfortable in the nurturing environment provided at Dr Rothstein's office.
My 5 stars are for Dr. Todd Auerbach. He's simply the best dentist. I like his conservative approach to dentistry. He is an expert in the field. Been a patient for many, many years. The Rothstein office is clean, staff is friendly and the dental hygienist Alicia is amazing. I was absolutely Not paid for this review. :)
Everyone in the office is super friendly and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Very satisfied with them.
To get five stars everything has to go right. 1. Gorgeous clean office 2. Friendly and knowledgeable staff 3. Great experienced excellent Dentist ( Dr. Todd Auerbach ) 4. No hassle payment with insurance coverage.
Had a bad toothache and was leaving for vacation n a few days. Dr. Rothstein was able to fit me in with Dr. Blum and he did a wonderful job on my root canal the next evening. Everyone there is professional and caring.
Great experience from the moment I made the phone call to schedule an appt to checking out at the end of my exam. I was a new patient and have not been to the dentist in a very long time. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. My dental hygienist Alicia was fantastic, knowledgeable, and very thorough! Marisa, the office manager was also amazing and helped me with insurance and scheduling. Staff and doctors definitely meet all the needs for patients. I'm happy to continue my dental care with them!
Always a pleasure. Staff prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Hygienist is awesome and always tries to make me feel at ease as I have much anxiety with any visit. Dr. Rothstein is wonderful, from his bedside manor to his expertise, O have nothing but positive things to say about his entire practice!! I come from an hour away to see him.
Other than waiting 1/2 hour in the waiting room, the rest of the experience was very good. I don't think that the wait time is acceptable in lieu of the pandemic. However, all of the staff I encountered were very friendly and made me feel at ease.
The dental office of Dr Michael Rothstein in New City, NY, is most pleasant and efficient!!!! Office manager Marissa is very knowledgeable, has her thumbprint on every aspect of the office and beyond well versed within her job skills as a dental office manager with years of experience!!! It says a lot about when staff is happy within their position and well organized, it shows in good management on hand and training.
