Quite possibly THE ABSOLUTE WORST dentist experience of my life. They do not keep their word, they do not meet deadlines and it seems like they just tell the customer what they want to hear to get that money. I had a very important deadline to meet and for an upper partial to get made in time. They promised me the world that it would be done. I trusted their word and they submitted for the partial to be made a week and a half late!! Absolutely disgusting manners by Dr Matt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE ... read more

Their billing is awful!! They charged my son a $75 consultation fee that was never given. I've been going back and forth with them for 5 months! I put a review on Google with more details. Their response is a joke when they say they're going to look into it. Yea right. lol they did nothing.

Go there at your own risk. I didn't get the best vibes when I was there. The hygienist tried to sell me everything under the moon whether I needed it or not. They are definitely not looking out for your best interest and will try to squeeze every dollar out of you. On the bright side, everyone there is very nice and they are very professional. I suspect they are forced by management to push their products. It's a business.

Business response:

Beware of aggressive upselling of services that you do not need and examine your billing and EOB statements from your insurance provider carefully. Both my spouse and I were urged to have planing and scaling done and antibiotic treatments, and then were charged $200 above the insurance-contracted rate. I've tried for six week to resolve the issue by calling and visiting the office but got stonewalled. My recommendation: don't agree to any procedure that's not necessary, get a full explanation of the costs beforehand, and o... read more

This dentist did not show up for my appointment, and instead, another dentist stepped in, which was unexpected, and he was not very knowledgeable. The cleaning was good, and the hygienist was friendly. They try to upsell on some maintenance services that I was never offered in the past at any other dentist's office.

This one is truly disappointing to write as I had high hopes as one of parents referred me. While the office is nice and scheduling an appt is seamless, my experience was absolutely brutal. Initial cleaning- informative but literally felt as though I was being sold every step of the way. My gums were bleeding (its normal) and the huge is it tried to sell me on a liquid antibiotic to help stop the bleeding. I didn't even know this existed. even better- it cost $40 a treatment and I need 5 apparently. Additionally was to... read more

Although I love the doctors your hygienists are much to pushy regarding additional work that they then tell me it's not covered by insurance. Is this a dental office or a used car lot? And also using scare tactics Bacteria will travel to your brain. A direct quote

Business response:

As far as infections traveling through the body that mere fact has been written in the literature routinely. It is a well known fact that oral bacteria can affect heart health, diabetes and a host of other issues. Again, we are sorry we missed the mark with your expectations but we are following the standard of care and will always get our patients consent before providing any health related services. If you would like to speak to me personally regarding this matter or any issues regarding your oral health I am always av... read more

I had an appointment for a cleaning today. I was just discharged from the hospital late Saturday afternoon. I was not feeling well from all of the new medications I am on. I asked if they could reschedule. I was told there would be a $75 charge for missing the appointment. I told the person on the phone I can show you the discharge papers. Sorry if calling to reschedule my appointment wasn't the first thing on my mind after leaving the hospital. I also noted they are closed on Sunday so I couldn't call to cancel then either... read more

I was informed when requesting my next appointment for myself an 3 other persons in my family with my dentist of 20 years that we had to see a hygienist not a dentist, I explained we have always seen our dentist and did not wish to see the hygienist. We were informed we could only make one appointment with the dentist and the other three would have to see a hygienist.
