Be careful and cautious when dealing with Dr. Rothstein. Dr. Rothstein had been my dentist for 15-20 years. It had taken me years to find a dentist that I trusted - but I did with him. At first, everything was great. Amazing care. Then I needed a root canal which he said he would do - but even after, the tooth didn't feel right. It felt hollow - sore in a deep-seated way - inside. Proceed with caution! I did not have a good experience with this dentist. It was a very painful, extremely costly, and drawn out ordeal for me. I could go into more detail, but let's just leave it at that.

Such a horrendous experience each time I go. The staff look at you like your dirt if you cannot afford to pay for their outrageous services and make no accommodations whatsoever. The dentist is phony and only wants your money. He has no patience and never asks if someone is ok throughout the procedure. I would rather pull out all my teeth and wear dentures than go back to that shit hole.

I felt violated and angry after my first visit! All I wanted was a cleaning. I was referred by a friend who loves this guy, however I only saw him once when he poked his head in while his assistant was working on me. She scared the hell out me by telling me I had periodontal disease and bone loss and then started a procedure without giving me a consultation with options or telling me what was covered by insurance and what I would need to pay out of pocket.
