They provided the highest level of professionalism with a personal touch throughout the entire transaction. Always answering questions and providing quick feedback. During the transaction process, I loss my Mother. My family's life was put on pause. I did not interact with Laura Brown much until the end of the process. My rave reviews are for Nic Smith, William Riley, and Rebecca Rhoades. They were personable, great people. The organization, attention to detail, and their thoroughness is something I can really appreciate, as they, the lender, were the only part of the purchase that was made easy, and they were the one positive takeaway throughout my entire home buying process. I will recommend BankSouth in the future. They were perfect.
