As a first time homebuyer, I was a bit nervous about the process; however, Laura and her team (especially my loan processor, William Riley) were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions every step of the way. They never made me feel like I was a bother or that any of my questions were silly (and I had quite a few questions). They were also extremely prompt when responding to my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better lender!

The required home owners course and recommended online course through banksouth made understanding the break down in numbers easy to understand. Also, being able to electronically sign some documents made things very convient. Lastly, the notifications I was able to receive throughtout the loan process was great!

Banksouth did and awesome good on my closing. The Banksouth team was always easy to reach and very informative. I was able to close on my home in 30 days without any issues.
