Laura Brown and her team were phenomenal. Everyone was so nice and patient with me as a first-time home buyer. I called in several times with several questions and not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience or I was a bother. They made sure all my questions were answered and I was clear on every step in the process. I also appreciated their open communication. There wasn't a time I was "left in the dark" about what was happening and when. I've truly enjoyed my experience with this team.
