everything went very smooth an communication from the team was great. The only thing, that i'd suggest is making sure anything to do with the IRS or possible liens are addressed from the very beginning. For example, all my information was given 5months prior to close but it wasn't until 3weeks prior to closing that i was informed of certain IRS liens that i did not know of. Due to how slow the IRS can be, i felt this was something that i should have been brought up much earlier.

Laura has a wealth of experience which allowed her to offer information pertaining to the whole loan process and possible situations that may have occurred. She was very helpful when we asked her explain things we did not understand (which was a lot). While she was very professional at all times, she was also very approachable. My experience with Bank South and Laura Brown was nothing short of amazing! Nic Smith was also always pleasant to speak with and available to answer questions whenever I called. I am a first time home buyer and had questions almost every single day. I would recommend them to ANYONE!
